Giorgio Caoduro

Dandini (La Cenerentola)

Giorgio Caoduro has won many international awards including the International Competition of the Associazione Lirica Concertistica in Milan.

He has distinguished himself as a belcanto baritone at La Scala, the Teatro Regio in Torino, the National Opera in Paris, the Sydney Opera, the Teatro Colón, the Deutsche Oper in Berlin and the Seoul Opera Center.

He has embodied Figaro in Le nozze di Figaro, Dandini in La Cenerentola, Taddeo in L’Italiana in Algeri, Belcore in L’elisir d’amore, Ping in Turandot and Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor.

More recently, he performed the role of Valentin in Faust, Sulpice in La fille du régiment and Rigoletto.

Current projects: L’elisir d’amore, Die Zauberflöte and La bohème.

At the Opéra de Lausanne: Marco in Gianni Schicchi (2004), Gaudenzio in Il signor Bruschino (2004) and Figaro in Il barbiere di Siviglia (2014).
