Tristan Blanchet

Arturo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Serano (La donna del lago)

Tristan Blanchet is currently getting a master’s degree with Frédéric Gindraux at the Lausanne University of Music, where he performed Peter Quint in The Turn of the Screw, The Teapot in L’enfant et les sortilèges and Tamino in Die Zauberflöte. He specialized under David Jones in New York. In concert, he has performed some of the greatest works of the sacred repertoire with the Sinfonietta, the OCL and Ensemble Vocal de Lausanne. Recently, he created the roles of The Bishop and Judas in Saint Mark Passion by Michaël Lévinas.

Current projects: Tristan in Frank Martin’s Le vin herbé at Studio Ansermet in Geneva, Stravinsky’s Renard at La Comédie de Genève, Handel's Messiah and Bach’s Saint John Passion in Lausanne.
