Withdrawal of reservations within 48 hours. Payment by credit card: you can withdraw the ticket until the last moment. Opportunity to receive tickets at home (shipping CHF 3 .-).

Gift vouchers

Offer gift vouchers for our shows, valid during two years. Information and purchase at the box office.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND DUPLICATES

Casting changes can take place over the course of the season. However, they are not eligible for exchange or refund. Tickets are only refunded or exchanged if a performance is cancelled.

Each duplicate will be charged CHF 2.- a ticket.

If you have tickets and can not attend the performance, the box office is available for:

• Exchange your tickets for a performance of the same production on another date, depending on seating availability; a CHF 10.- administrative fee per ticket will be charged.

• Resell the seats. In the event of resale, the Opéra de Lausanne will give a voucher of the same value, valid two years.

Reduced tickets

Reductions on full price tickets are only available with Club 24H, Prestige, Oxygène and CarteCulture cards and are valid for two tickets per show (one ticket per show with Cultissime card). The card must be presented when collecting tickets. This reduction does not apply to season tickets.

Special price last minute - Students and School pupils

Just before the curtain goes up, any remaining seats are allocated to students and school pupils (upon presentation of their student card) for CHF 20.-. Priority is given to those with a « Discovery » season ticket.

Cultissime card

This free card, for people aged 18-25, allows to purchase the cheapest tickets offered by the 10 participating cultural institutions at about 50% of their original price. It also provides free access to the communal museums of Lausanne and Pully. More on www.carte-cultissime.ch

This "cultural passport" has been created by the city of Lausanne and municipalities, part of the Inter-communal Support Fund in favour of Cultural Institutions of the Lausanne area, in an effort to provide young people better access to places of culture.
