Eliza Doolittle sells flowers on the sly in Covent Garden. She has a very strong Cockney accent and accepts to take lessons with phonetician Henry Higgins in the hope of fulfilling her dream of working in a flower shop. She makes such progress that she is accepted into high society and Henry Higgins falls in love with her.
