Prices & Offers
REDUCTIONS
Discounts with the Oxygène and Carte Culture cards are valid for two tickets per show. Please present your card when retrieving your tickets. These discounts don’t apply to season tickets. The child rate is available until the age of 16.
LAST-MINUTE SPECIAL
At the last minute, before the curtain rises… seats that are still available are offered to students (with presentation of their student card) for CHF 20, with priority given to “Discovery” season ticket holders.
THE PASSCULTURE
Tickets with the “PassCulture” card are sold only on the evening of the performance, subject to availability. No advance reservations are possible. This pass is intended for 16-23 year olds (high school students, apprentices and vocational school students). Theater, music, dance, comedy and cinema are made accessible to youth in training in the canton of Vaud thanks to the Passculture. For more details, please refer to the Passculture website.
CULTISSIME CARD
This free card, for 18-25 year olds, allows them to buy the cheapest tickets offered by the 10 cultural institutions participating in the project, at about 50% of their price, and to access the municipal museums of Lausanne and Pully. This “cultural passport” was created by the City of Lausanne and the surrounding towns that are members of the Inter-municipal Fund to support cultural institutions in the Lausanne region and to make it possible for youths to have access to culture.

Exchange, Refund, Lost Ticket
Changes in distribution may occur during the season.
This however doesn’t allow any exchange or refund.
In case of cancellation :
Tickets will be refunded or exchanged.
Lost ticket:
You will be charged CHF 2.00 per ticket.
If you have tickets and cannot attend the performance, the ticket office is at your disposal for:
- Changing your tickets for another date of the same production, subject to availability, the exchange can be made at the latest the day before the performance initially chosen: CHF 10.00 per ticket.
- Reselling the tickets if the show is sold out. In the event of resale only, the Opéra de Lausanne will issue a voucher of the same value, valid for five years, in exchange for each ticket resold. If the tickets cannot be resold, you will not recieve a refund.
Gift Certificates
Offer the gift of a live show at the opera for a loved one, valid for up to 5 years.
